Should the CPCA be Involved with Fun Activities?

No, we are not saying have weekly parties or become primarily a social organization like the Chevy Chase Citizens Association. We are saying to cooperate with events like the Rosedale Picnic, Halloween Parties, the Police ice cream events and other things that pull the neighborhood together without the need for politics. 

This is a plank that need no justification.
